Yes — pre-production samples are produced from final approved drawings. Sample fee is refundable on confirmed bulk orders above MOQ.
Multi-stage QC covers incoming lumber, in-line production, finishing and pre-shipment AQL inspection. Third-party inspections (SGS, BV) are welcome.
Ready-to-Ship within 7-10 days. OEM mass production is usually 30 – 45 days depending on quantity, finish and hardware sourcing.
Usually foam+carton, but we can provide various packages based on different customers’ requirements.
